Therapist
Elmis Santiago, MSW, LCSW
Elmis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of combined experience in the medical and mental health fields. She specializes in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, adolescents, and young children, utilizing a compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based approach. Some of her spezializations inlucde DBT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Psychoanalysis, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and is ADHD certified.
Elmis began her professional with a multidisciplinary background that allows her to bring a comprehensive and integrative perspective to her work in mental health. She holds a previous degree in medicine, a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Behavior with a concentration in Mental Health Services and Family Studies from Utah Valley University.
During her time at UVU, Elmis contributed to the development of the university’s Spanish-language Strengthening Families program site, reflecting her ongoing commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care. She has worked across various clinical and community-based mental health settings, and most recently served as a lead therapist at a behavioral health hospital.
Elmis is dedicated to serving individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Her practice is rooted in a belief in the inherent resilience of every person and a commitment to providing high-quality mental health care regardless of circumstance or situation.
Medication Provider
Dr. Celeste Setters PhD, PMHNP-BC, APRN
Dr. Setters is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience and a strong foundation in both physical and mental health care. For the past four years, she has focused her clinical practice on psychiatry, providing compassionate care to patients across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community-based environments.
Her approach to care is holistic and patient-centered, emphasizing the importance of prevention, health maintenance, and education. Dr. Setters is dedicated to treating the whole person—mind and body—with the goal of promoting long-term wellness and improving quality of life. Her commitment to individualized care ensures that each patient receives thoughtful, evidence-based treatment tailored to their unique needs.
Therapist
Brad Smith, CMHA, NCC, R-DMT
Brad is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) with a Master of Arts in Somatic Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He specializes in an experiential, somatic approach to therapy—recognizing the body as a vital source of information in how we receive, process, and make meaning of our experiences. Brad is also a university instructor, where he continues to share and teach the principles of somatic therapy.
In his clinical work, Brad integrates Somatic Therapy with Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Theory. His approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and holistic perspectives. As a military veteran, Brad brings a personal understanding of the complexities of military life and transitions, as well as the unique challenges faced by service members and their families.
Brad's professional experience includes serving as a lead therapist in inpatient and crisis care settings, working with couples in private practice, and providing support for children, adolescents, and young adults. He has been practicing in Utah since 2014.
Outside the therapy room, Brad is passionate about fitness, integrative health, cooking, and gaming. He also takes pride in being an active and supportive “Dance Dad” to his children.

Miriam Jones, ACMHC
Miriam is deeply committed to the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. With this in mind, Miriam strives to provide a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop insight, and build skills to enhance their relationships—with themselves, others, and the world around them.
Miriam holds a Master’s degree from Rocky Mountain University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University. Her background in literature has fostered a strong appreciation for the power of narrative, empathy, and personal expression—qualities that inform her therapeutic approach. In her personal time, Miriam enjoys reading and writing, exploring nature, discovering new cuisines, and spending quality time with her husband and extended family.

McKenna Roblyer
McKenna currently resides in Moab, Utah, where she enjoys life with her husband and three sons. As our office administrator, she brings a compassionate and welcoming presence to everything she does. McKenna is passionate about supporting individuals from all backgrounds and is committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and connected to the resources they need.

Clifford Gibson
Clifford is a dedicated family man who values respect, loyalty, and goodwill. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and is an avid golfer. Alongside his wife, Clifford is a devoted father and loves sharing a strong sense of family wherever he goes. At our clinic, he brings a comforting sense of safety and happiness, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels welcome.
Therapy Intern
Meghan Carpenter, CSW Intern
Meghan has supported children and families across a variety of settings, including children with autism and ADHD and their parents. She received her undergraduate degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU–Idaho and is currently completing her Master of Social Work. Meghan’s work is informed by both her professional background and her lived experience as a parent of a neurodivergent child, which gives her a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths within this community. She is passionate about creating spaces where parents and children feel seen, supported, and empowered, and she believes therapy can help individuals and families build confidence, find balance, and connect with their authentic selves.
